the construction for a WebIndex is the following:
WebIndex(URL url, ObjectIterator keywords, ObjectIterator links);

My question:
if the one URL url and the collection of ObjectIterator keywords are what the search engine needs, then what are the links for?
I'm also assuming that the links are the PageHerf's in the keywords. is this assumption correct?
