Thank you for great suggestions.
Can we simply ignore all keywords in between the <a href=...> tag and the closing tag </a>? (assuming they will show up again in its own webpage)
Also some search engines use meta keywords in prioritizing links. In this homework, where only indegree is used, do we simply read the "content" and treat it as keywords? |
