What if I am playing black, I have already placed 8 pieces on the board, I place my 9th peice and the configuration is just right so that I cannot move, but if white moves just one piece, I will be able to move,

for example I just placed (1,0)

now, I can't move any of my pieces, but it is whites turn, and if he moves, I will be able to move. Do I return a winner or not?
