for the rules that we are concerned about, if you observe the board, you might notice that there are 2 kinds of mill formations. one type has 4 cases which are radially outward, and the other has 12 which are perpendicular to the 4 normal lines.
if you verify the coordinates for these 2 types of mill formations, you might see a special pattern :-P |
