We haven't finalized our testing procedure, but I believe the way its going it work is that we will
1) run a few tests using the WebSearch that you submit just to make sure it works and then
2) replace your WebSearch with our own version that will read in an index file and then perform many many many queries on it.
This is simply so that we can run more test cases in a smaller amount of time. So you can modify WebSearch, but hopefully you wouldn't put anything too essential in there...your index should be doing nearly all of the work. |
