If you use the provided FSM code, mailto hyperlinks will not be distinguished from http://, ftp://, etc. hyperlinks. Therefore, they will be included as urls in your index. However, this is certainly an obvious improvement that could be made to the provided code. This is not required.
But you're also right that we'd like to store actual email addresses in our index, not just the words that link to the address. Your revisions would have to somehow account for this. |
