Subject: Re: links with javascript

i have a question, just out of curiosity.

does java provide any tools for accessing and running javascript functions on a page or in a js file?

like, would there be anyway to write a program in java that say, goes to a given page and lists all the javascript there and executes the scripts (even if there are some errors because the html on the page is not actually loaded... don't know how to say that... you know what i mean)?

opening the page and parsing it and looking for javascript tags doesn't count.
