Ah, good question.
The reason for the discrepancies is that each operating system configuration can set different defaults for the amount of memory given to each program. So, two different Linux machines might have different limits.
I think John Yuen will need to let us all know how much memory will be given to your programs when they are tested for grading purposes. |
