| these are strings, not words. "dog" and "dog?" are SEPARATE entries in your trie. if a string compare indicates two strings are different they should have separate entries in the trie. to be honest i didn't think about punctuations when making the assignment, but the assignment is still very doable and the instructions still pertain. |
